Fabrication and assembly applications are a specialty of Optimation's skilled trades division. We offer fabrication and assembly services through our skilled trades in our industrial shops in Rochester, NY. Our shops house facilities for metal and sheet metal forming and fabrication, UL listed electrical fabrication and panels, crating, carpentry and plastics fabrication. Certifications are held to weld nearly every exotic alloy used for industrial processes. Optimation has extensive rigging and crane operational ability and a fleet of trucks for packing, shipping and installing the equipment that has been fabricated and assembled. Optimation can design and build complete machines, process skids or sub-assemblies, providing a single point of contact from start to finish.
