Optimation has a control panel fabrication shop staffed with custom panel fabrication
experts. When providing services, the team’s first step is to determine the customer
needs and the use of appropriate industry standards. Our team can work directly
with a client, work with a team from our own engineering group, or work with third-party
engineers.

Optimation control panel fabricators will perform an initial review of available
documentation, including sketches, designs, drawings and spreadsheets. Design and
engineering steps include collaboration with engineering, material identification
and ordering plans, assessment of industry standards and effects on design, use
of best practices for electronics and noise, and the determination of crating specifications.
Risk analysis is performed to assess any potential impact on project expectations,
functionality and schedule. Our experienced team will provide peace of mind and
great value for our clients; safety first is in the minds of each employee.

Our team will also provide procurement services, including part specification, request
for quotes (RFQs), vendor and part selection and ordering. Preventive maintenance procedures
include annual calibration of test equipment. Testing services are available for
a variety of specific needs, including current voltage with grounding regulatory
compliance, certification of panels for the European user, and NFPA 79 checklist
testing. Field installations are a specialty of Optimation's skilled trades division. Sometimes
the logistics of moving electrical equipment, panels and machines are not a part
of the project plan. Our crating and trucking specialists can make light work of
these complex requirements. Using our crating checklist and guidelines to ship sub-assemblies
and final product, the team can handle crating of panels, components and machines,
assess vehicle restrictions, and select the appropriate trucking for the job.
